Founded by Modupe Ehinlaiye, the Extraordinary Women Summit was born out of a passion to see women flourish in every aspect of their lives. Recognizing that many women neglect personal care and rest—often leading to burnout and strained relationships—Modupe envisioned a space where women could take a break, rejuvenate, and be empowered.

Extraordinary Women is more than just an event; it’s a movement inspired by the biblical character Esther. Esther embodied grace, humility, courage, and purpose, which form the summit's foundation. Through three core pillars—Connection, Inspiration, and Transformation—we encourage women to connect deeply with God and each other, inspire and be inspired, and embrace the transformative power of the Holy Spirit to make an enduring impact on their world.
